A Cabernet of the first order. Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. On the palate it is balanced, with good body and acidity, the tannins are soft and velvety, harmoniously integrated.

In the far north of Italy, not far from Venice and very close to Cividale del Friuli on the border to Austria and Slovenia, a very special microclimate favours the vines of Altùris. The Julian Alps protect the vineyards from the harsh northern winds, while the mild Adriatic breeze creates a mild climate and ideal conditions for the production of high-quality wines.

Sehr bekömmlich, fruchtig, passt sehr gut zu einem feinen Stück Fleisch. Ich habe den Wein in dem "Holzfässli" von Edeltrofen serviert und es ist sehr gut angekommen. Schön ist, dass der Wein auch haltbar ist und auch nach Tagen noch sehr gut mundet. Bei

Ich werde weiterhin bei Edeltropfen Wein bestellen, da auch der Weisse sehr gut schmeckt.
Macht weiter so.
